Who We Are
Princess Realty officially opened for business on January 1, 2023. However, the founder of Princess Realty, Wendy Miller, has been selling real estate in Belize since early 2012 after obtaining the provincial real estate license in Ontario, Canada.
Over the years there have been a many comments from prospective buyers about the real estate industry in Belize and as a company we have pledged that we will not be those agents. Listings will be updated as soon as it makes sense to do so. We will reply to your emails, your social media comments within a 4-hour window during business hours. And most importantly, we will respond. We may not always be able to assist but we won’t leave you hanging.

We pledge to keep up with the laws of the land on what can and can’t be done with your property.
Networking
If we aren’t able to show a property in any particular area we will provide the name a trusted agent who will take good care of you. This includes areas that aren’t specifically mentioned in pledge #6.
Availability
Our working hours are 9-7 Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, Friday, 10-2 Saturdays and by appointment on Sundays, Belize time.

We pledge to show you everything that fits your wish list even if it isn’t our listing or if it’s out of our geographical area.
