Our Pledge
- We pledge to respond to phone calls and emails within 4 hours during working hours.
- Our working hours are 9-7 Monday to Friday, 9-3 Saturdays and by appointment on Sundays, Belize time.
- We pledge to be as transparent as we possibly can be. No sugar coating, no using terminology that is meant to baffle you.
- We pledge to keep up with the laws of the land on what can and can’t be done with your property.
- We pledge to show you everything that fits your wish list even if it isn’t our listing or if it’s out of our geographical area.
- Our geographical areas include San Pedro, Caye Caulker, Hopkins, Placencia Peninsula, Sarteneja, Corozal Town, Dangriga, Punta Gorda.
- If we aren’t able to show a property in any particular area we will provide the name a trusted agent who will take good care of you. This includes areas that aren’t specifically mentioned in pledge #6.
- We will always place our clients’ needs ahead of our own. If a property isn’t right for you we will tell you to walk away.
- We won’t sell you. We will work to find the right property for you, until you decide it’s the one. Not us telling you.
