I’m not your typical real estate agent, and honestly, that’s probably a good thing. After bouncing around the world for 60 years, my partner and I landed in Belize’s Cayo District in late 2019, looking for freedom, space, and clean air. We found it on 58 acres of jungle that we’ve been building, designing, and homesteading ever since.

Here’s what I bring to the table: honesty, fluency in six languages (French, German, Luxembourgish, English, Dutch, and Spanish), and a genuine love for land and building. I love using big tools, getting my hands dirty, and figuring out how to make things work in the tropics – where bugs can destroy a veggie garden overnight and you have to unlearn everything you thought you knew about growing food. We’ve got dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, quails, tilapia in an aquaponics system, a big orchard, and a vegetable garden that constantly reminds me that the tropics don’t care what I knew from Europe. Here, you unlearn everything first. Then you start over and relearn it all from scratch.

My partner is German, an architect by trade, and he is also part of Princess Realty Belize. We each have our own style, our own listings, our own approach – but when a project needs both of us, we team up. He brings the architectural vision, I bring the land knowledge and the “I’ve actually lived this” perspective.

My job isn’t to sell you something. It’s to support you while you figure out what actually makes sense for YOUR dream, YOUR budget, YOUR life.
