Through Honesty and Hard Work, I will help you find and decide on your piece of paradise, just as my wife Brandie and I did seven years ago. We love this country, and we decided that Placencia was the place for us.

A little about myself and what brought me to my new wonderful life.

After managing, renting, owning restaurants, clubs, and properties for over 30 years, my beautiful wife, Brandie and I sold everything in the fall of 2017.

We packed it all in to our Baby Blue Jeep and drove down through the United States and Mexico for over seven weeks. We were exploring and searching for somewhere beautiful, warm and welcoming where we could set down our roots and navigate the journey of becoming a part of a community.

Our initial goal was to find more time for each other, escape Canadian winters and become part of another amazing place on our planet.

We opened and continue to rent two small Sheppard’s Huts called Cashew Cabins, an affordable yet really cozy spot, located on our property right in the middle of Placencia Proper. We love being involved with local events including Sports, Arts, Music, and in my case coaching and playing sports as the move down has completely cleared up my over-a-decade long fight with Plantar Fasciitis.

After we had actually wrestled with and investigated selling our home to continue following business opportunities in other countries, we realized that for now this still felt like home, and I realized that there was a need a different kind of real estate agent in Placencia.

With experience dealing with people, clients and customers globally, becoming a part of this industry in a partnership with Princess Realty with their company pledges and directives was obviously the perfect fit for me. Now I can help other people find their perfect home, while also using this avenue to get more people involved and knowledgeable about our beautiful community, Placencia!!!!!!
